This colorful interpretation of a photo taken using my cell phone was a pleasure to create. The image was taken from a large wet icy road path in which many areas were fully melted yet other areas still had chunks of ice floating about. Reflected atop of the ice and water was a large section of the trees surrounding the roadway. I found beauty in the midst of what felt like a rather endless winter! My color choices are consistent with my enjoyment of using color expressively versus realistically. This painting is available for sale on my ETSY store website and one can also obtain obtain a top quality giclee print. My site is found at: www.etsy.com/shop/joanncullipART. Please note that the word art is all in cap letters. You may also contact me by email using this website if you prefer to do so.
