The Folly Beach Eight 12x16_72dpi

"The Folly Beach Eight" is a painting created from a series of photos taken at Folly Beach near Charleston, SC.    My son and daughter in law love visiting this beach and live very close by on James Island.  Visits to that area have resulted in my creating multiple images of South Carolina.  This one uses very nonobjective colors; I decided that the white seagulls would benefit from a bit of color; I hope that the painting bings a sense of calm and beauty.  The painting is now displayed and for sale at the Main Branch Art Gallery in Grayling, MI.
