This painting was inspired by the beauty of my spring flowering rhododendron plant; I did decide to use a nonobjective color palette. I wanted to incorporate the bees which love to buzz about the various flowers when in full bloom. I used a complementary color palette to provide more excitement. The original painting as well as giclee images are available for purchase; you may contact me directly through this website or thru my ETSY store at https://www.etsy.com/JoannCullipART. Thank you for looking at my paintings.
