Breaking Floral Borders_72dpi

"Breaking Floral Borders" was inspired by beautiful floral arrangement gifted to my sister.  When I saw it  I wanted to use the flowers as a basis for this painting, but decided to have the flowers go 'past the restraints of a vase' and used a border to accomplish the same sense that you can't 'contain' the beauty of nature.  I think the border enhances the sense of depth within the completed painting.    This painting is offered for sale as an archival quality Giclee in the ETSY STORE (JoannCullipART). (https://www.etsy.com/shop/joanncullipART )  It can also be created in a size other than what is offered as an artist's proof.    The  original watercolor painting has now been sold.    Thank you for exploring my works of art!
