This watercolor- "Winter Wonderland" was painted with a fun interplay of colors that resemble stained glass in the background areas amidst the trees and snow. I enjoyed using color to create snow and liked the challenge of having snow sit atop of pine branches. I hope that it ads a bit of 'pizzaz' to a snowy scene. I live in northern Michigan where snow typically sits once it falls from late November until a very late spring; skies can be overcast so a cheery snow scene definitely lifts one's mood. I have listed this painting for sale in my ETSY STORE: JoannCullipART (there are capital letters on the J and C as well as then entire word for 'art'. (https://www.etsy.com/shop/joanncullipART). The listing shows a price for giclee images printed onto fine quality watercolor paper; should you wish to purchase the original painting OR an artist proof giclee in a size other than what is listed please do contact me for pricing and possibilities. Thank you for your interest in my works of art
